Loving new loose-parts play!

These pictures say it all - the children are really enjoying their new play opportunities at lunchtime!

On INSET Day we held some training on the importance of unstructured play and connections with nature. Our amazing staff team have already made lots of positive changes, driven by the children's requests and their fascinations!

Children may come home with tails of their adventurous play and please expect some slightly mucky clothes too. It shows they are having fun and challenging themselves!

Can you help by donating any of the items we are looking out for? Please get in touch if you can. We are also hoping really someone might have a water butt they can donate so that even in dry weather we can continue to allow children to access water play - currently children are making some wonderful 'potions'!
