School lunches aren't what they used to be. They're so much better!
There are strict guidelines in place and school lunches are altogether tastier and more nutritious. Guidelines limit the amount of processed foods and ensure a minimum amount of fruit and vegetables are present in every meal.
There are two choices each day, including a vegetarian option. Speak to the School Office if your child has any dietary requirements.
School meals are £3.00 per day. Payment can be made online via your ScoPay account or cash or cheque sent in to the school office, cheques should be made payable to WHJS. Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school lunch. Children in Years 3 to 6 have to pay for lunch, unless they are eligible for free school meals because their families receive certain benefits.
