Friday 24th November
Thank you to everyone for all of their support last week with both Odd Sock Day and Children in Need. The children enjoyed taking part in a range of activities and assemblies as part of our Anti-Bullying Week and were super stars in their efforts to raise money for Children in Need! Thank you to everyone who supported this appeal - we managed to raise an impressive £128.70
Both of our school libraries are now looking fantastic. I wanted to especially mention our Junior School library which now has a variety of new furniture, including the Reading Tree (pictured). These were purchased thanks to the kind donations of the Friends of Woolton Hill Juniors who donated £2000 for this project. Thank you to all of our volunteers who help maintain our libraries and especially to Mrs Crompton for all of her hard work this week tidying the shelves and putting up displays.
The Friends have also purchased a second table tennis table which the children love!

Modelled on the idea of an 'MPs' Surgery, this is an opportunity to meet with me without an appointment. You can raise any matter that is concerning you and I will do my best to help.
A Christmas Carol
Mr Davies is starring as Ebenezer Scrooge in a Christmas Production of 'A Christmas Carol' at The Central Studio in Basingstoke; 14 - 16th December, 7.30pm. Spread the festive cheer with your friends and family and be transported to the heart-warming and magical world of Victorian London as this timeless tale is brought to life on stage.
