Everyone in the Federation is committed to providing your children with the very best education. We are always looking to improve what we do for our children and their families. Guiding this work is a document called the Federation Improvement Plan. The strategic direction is set by our Governing Body and they hold school leaders accountable for its success.
We are already hard at work on the new Federation Improvement Plan. This year it has six focus areas:
Developing pupil's oracy skills across the Federation.
Improving pupil's recall of multiplication facts.
Further enhancing our Early Years Foundation Stage.
Strengthening Special Educational Needs & Inclusion.
Supporting pupils to retrieve essential knowledge.
Develop a greater sense of spirituality and a greater appreciation of religion around the world
