Everyone in the Federation is committed to providing your children with the very best education. We are always looking to improve what we do for our children and their families.
Guiding this work is a document called the Federation Improvement Plan. The strategic direction is set by our Governing Body and they hold school leaders accountable for its success.
We are already hard at work on the new Federation Improvement Plan. This year it has six focus areas:
Improve pupil outcomes in writing.
Develop task design in mathematics.
Develop Special Educational Needs provision in English.
Develop greater 'Christian Distinctiveness' across the Federation.
Increase the Diversity of the Federation Curriculum.
Improving the learning environment.

Such a thoughtful update! It’s inspiring to see the Federation focusing on both academic progress and creating a more inclusive, diverse curriculum.
