Job/Person Summary
We are looking to appoint a positive and reliable After School Club Play Worker to join our new club and help create a safe welcoming place for our pupils.
The hours each day would be 3.30pm – 6.00pm term time only, starting in March 2022.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children aged 7 to 11, but full training and supervision will be given.
Duties will include:
Supervising after school club activities both indoors and outdoors
Assisting and organising food provision for the pupils
Assisting children and encouraging healthy eating habits
Promoting the school’s values
Administering basic first aid
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in Food Safety (not essential)
Have an understanding of safeguarding in schools
Understand the need to maintain confidentiality at all times
Understand the importance of Health and Safety
Are reliable, conscientious and trustworthy
