Our talented Year 5 and 6 children delighted audiences this week with their performance of Hoodwinked, a swashbuckling Robin Hood musical! The children (and staff!) have worked hard to produce a musical that really showcased a range of talents - acting, singing, dancing and lots of comic timing!
We have been so impressed with the Year 6 children who have taken their roles seriously and committed to learning lines, finding costumes, making props and practicing songs. Thank you to parents for your support with this too.
Several children had large speaking parts and solos too, we were incredibly proud of how well you were prepared for your roles right from audition day to the final performance. The children showcased some real talent that we hope has inspired our Year 6's and they will continue to pursue musical theatre as they move onto secondary schools in September.
The show was enjoyed by children and staff from across the Federation as well as bumper audiences of parents, grandparents and extended family. We hope everyone enjoyed the show as much as the children did!
